Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Batu Kerem Yildirim (“we”, “us”) and covers the Shorvo desktop application. Installing or using Shorvo means you accept it.

1. What you may do

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Shorvo on computers you control. Shorvo Pro Lifetime is licensed for one active computer at a time; you may move it between machines, and the previous machine signs out when you do.

2. What you may not do

  • Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Shorvo itself.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat the licensing, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Share your account credentials so that other people can use your licence.

3. Your account

Shorvo requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to circumvent the free-video limit.

4. Free videos and Pro

The free version includes three successful video generations in total per account, and applies a Shorvo watermark. Attempts that do not produce a finished video are not counted. Shorvo Pro Lifetime removes the counter and the watermark for a single payment. It is not a subscription.

5. Your videos are yours

We claim no ownership of the videos you make. They are produced on your computer and stored where you choose. Shorvo never publishes anything on your behalf.

6. Third-party material

Shorvo assembles videos using publicly available material retrieved from third-party services. We do not licence that material to you and we make no representation that any particular use of it is permitted. You are responsible for what you publish. See Content Responsibility.

7. Availability

Shorvo depends on third-party sources that we do not control. Their availability can change without notice, and some topics have little usable material. We do not guarantee that any particular generation will succeed.

8. No warranty

Shorvo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from Shorvo is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue from published videos. Liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected.

10. Ending the licence

You may stop using Shorvo at any time. We may end the licence if you materially breach this agreement. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
