A video failed or produced nothing
Attempts that do not finish are not counted against your free videos. Some topics have little suitable footage; trying a more specific angle often helps. If it keeps failing, tell us the exact topic and angle you used.
I forgot my password
Use the password reset page. The link arrives by email and you finish in your browser, then sign in again in the app.
Shorvo says it is open on another computer
The licence covers one active computer at a time. Choose "Use Shorvo here" to move it; the other machine signs out. If the other machine is mid-render, Shorvo waits rather than interrupting it.
