Shorvo includes three free videos precisely so you can find out whether it works for you before paying anything. We ask you to use them first.

14-day refund

If you buy Shorvo Pro Lifetime and it does not do what this website said it does, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Tell us what went wrong; a sentence is enough.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose that right once delivery begins, the statutory right may end at that point. The voluntary 14-day refund above applies regardless.

What we cannot refund

• Dissatisfaction with the content of videos you generated, where the app worked as described. Scripts are generated automatically and need your review; that is stated throughout this site and inside the app.
• A topic for which no suitable public footage could be found. Not every subject has usable material, and the free videos exist to let you test yours.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your order reference. Refunds are returned by the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than argue through a payment provider.
